    Get 1 animation that clearly explains what you do to use wherever you need it. A visual connects faster than words, especially with short attention spans.

  • A Quick Accessibility Check-in

    We’ll run an accessibility check-in test to see where you are in meeting the ADA requirements for websites and online businesses. We’ll recommend some quick fixes and point to recommended experts if a larger overhaul is needed.

*Blueprints are created with you, your team and your client/customers in mind. Team or employees not required.

Gather

This stage is for collecting branding assets and client process information with a mapping session. We also take a look at what order we want to follow in the rest of the process based on where the biggest gaps are in your process.

Vibe

If you don't have a consistent brand design yet - no worries! - A vibe month can be added to the package to get all those vibe pieces in order. You'll get a totally understandable brand guide to go with it too.

Onboarding Experience

We'll walk through your onboarding process with another vision mapping session and then craft a welcome kit to soothe the sign-up process and a concept art collection to help new clients understand the process more fully.

Clarity & Communication

This part of the process is for looking at your methods of communication with your clients, adding visuals where it matters most for your clients, and then collecting a library of visual aids to use as needed.

Presentation & Pitches

Presenting the different phases of the process or delivering results and actions can be a whole back-and-forth time suck, but it's important that clients feel heard here. We use visuals to make your presentations engaging, inspiring and clear.

Offboarding Experience

Sending your clients off with a clear understanding of what they gained and how to move forward after the project/event is finished is an important factor in getting positive reviews, repeat clients and referrals.
