You can cancel and receive a full refund within 3 days of booking your sessions/package. After that day until the day of the session you can cancel and receive a 50% refund. After the session there will be no refunds but 1 round of editing is allowed.

I require a 50% downpayment for Visually Cultivated and 100% downpayment for Pathfinder and Envisioning to hold spaces in my schedule. I begin researching for your calls within a week of booking and start creating visual analogies within 1 week of your session. If your session has not happened yet you can be refunded 50% of the full amount. The other 50% is kept to cover scheduling, research and any beginning artwork that was created. If the session was completed and you were not happy with the result you will not receive a refund. Human thought patterns and brainstorming is a messy process and sometimes it takes longer than we expect to move our ideas through, sometimes we backtrack, but we always learn something from the process. I do allow one round of edits to get the visual aid where you want it.

To ensure that your session goes as smoothly as possible please complete pre-call clarity work and send honest and prompt feedback for visual aids so you can get an effective single round of editing.

Yes! You can pay monthly for projects that are longer than one month. I offer free resources low-cost items in my shop for those who need access at lower cost support. These packages are for those who have the means to pay so I can continue to offer donated services to charities, low cost tools for early stage neurodiverse entrepreneurs and free resources for everyone who visits my site. Please reach out to laura@illustrative.us directly if you need additional financial flexibility. The sessions will not happen until at least 50% of the price is paid.

I do not give scholarships but do charity sessions seasonally for certain organizations. If you are a charity or are in need of a free session for a particular cause please reach out to laura@illustrative.us. I specifically choose to support BIPOC-owned or supportive businesses, organizations that benefit the mental health and fair treatment of those identifying as female and LGBTQIA+ and organizations that benefit neurodivergent and marginalized communities.
